(from here on, the AOM sort of went back and forth to several points and back again, so I will be putting all the votes for a topic together and not including irrelevant discussions that were put forth, I will only be keeping relevant information with the proposal)

Proposes that IR players get replaced with a sort of WW format instead of waiting until the next Supplemental draft:

Proposes to include a one-time use IR spot that can only be used once and then is gone:

Through the course of a conversation the subject of scrapping the Supplemental drafts completely in favor of a WW was brought forward and discussed:

Continuing with Brian’s proposals:

Proposes that a lottery ball for the bottom 4 non-playoff teams be implemented and be binding for the entire draft, not just the 1^st round:

Proposal passes for implementation at the conclusion of the 2018 season. Brian argued to have implementation immediately but it was unable to be finalized as there were 2 votes for immediate implementation and 4 votes to wait until the end of the next season. So the Commissioner made the ruling to wait until the end of the next season.

Proposes incorporating a Kick Return Specialist (KR) position into the starting lineup who would only get points for kick returns:

Proposes that the KR position be a team position regardless of who is the actual kick returner:
