stated that since this was the 1st ever DFFL4 AOM, there were
obviously no re-tabled issues from the 2020 AOM and opened the floor to new
business:

further discussion ensued to determine if the weekly WW would be a blind bid
waiver using a pre-set FAAB or some form of determination using standings to
put forth an order of WW acquisitions. The final results were:

($100 for both off season and regular season, closed when trading freeze is implemented
(at the start of week 12)) was passed for immediate implementation
(A further
discussion ensued with Brian suggesting that if covid is still a thing in the
2021 season, that we leave the WW as a 24/7 open free for all. The Commissioner
advised that a vote is not needed on this as this is exactly what we will be
doing should covid still be an issue going forward)

The floor
was closed for new business. The Commissioner had the following rule changes to
bring up then continued on with his annual Commissioners Report:
1 Seeing
as how 1 owner did not pay his $20 to the Champ as promised, the Commissioner
suggested discussing the possibility of having all owners prepay the $20 fee to
either the Commissioner directly or to League Safe.

Proposal
is passed with the stipulation that we try and set up League Safe first (the
Commissioner thinks he still has an account there), and if that fails, then
payment to Commissioner is fine, (the Commissioner will advise via email or
message board on site, also payment must be made BEFORE the annual draft.
Should the Commissioner hold the funds, he would be holding $240 for the season.
The day after the final, the Commissioner will send $220 to the league Champion
and will offer the League Runner up to have their $20 returned to them or leave
it as their payment for the next season as the Runner Up gets their $20 (as per
a discussion on the message board at the beginning of the 2020 season)

Commissioner starts the conversation as to if we should stay with Sleeper or
move elsewhere (Commissioner suggested Fleaflicker).
A lengthy conversation ensued with the voting as follows:

league)

divisions were constructed via reverse draft pick order. So
teams ranked 12, 9, 6 & 3 are in 1 division, teams 11, 8, 5 & 2 in
another and teams 10, 7, 4, & 1 in the third. Results:

Commissioner advised that he will make a DFFL4 webpage on his site along with
the other draft boards. Once the webpage is published, he will advise the
league via email.
